Hi all,
I would like to wish everyone and their families a wonderful Holidays and just wanted you all too know I spent half of my day talking about you guys yesterday to my family and just wanted everyone to know even though sometimes I am very hard on you how much I truly and deeply care about every last one of you and your families. And also how important you guys have been to me while I faced my much less severe challenges in my life. This afternoon I lost my first ever wrestling practice partner,the son of my first elementary wrestling coach in his bout to cancer, so I would just ask if you all could keep him and his family in your thoughts and prayers. (www.adamfry.us) So guys go hug your parents and siblings and really show a little extra for everyone at this time. On a little sunnier note I hope you all busted your butt and felt good getting back on the mat today, sweating out all the cookies. Cant wait to see you all soon.
